If you’re committed to maximizing your training to become a
top-tier volleyball player, you’re in the right place
With the right training, you can reach your goals faster.

You already know college scholarships are limited, and it takes a superior athlete to get on scouts’ radars as soon as possible.
You want to stand out as a skilled, confident volleyball player, and maybe you:
-
Keep trying to be quicker, jump higher, and hit harder but it's not happening fast enough...
-
Believe a program dedicated to developing superior volleyball players would help you achieve more...
-
Want to make a top club team or earn a scholarship at a better university...
-
Had an injury that affects your jumping, or you’ve experienced shoulder pain/discomfort...
-
Are a parent who wants to maximize your athlete's volleyball opportunities...
If any of this sounds like you, I hear you—and I can help you level up!
I’m Aaron Larmore, and I train middle school, high school and college volleyball players to elevate their on-court performance so they can earn college scholarships and go Division 1.
My sole purpose is to help young athletes flourish in their sport.
In my 20 years of coaching experience, I’ve learned that most high school athletes lack a strong foundation of good lower body and core strength. This is surprising to most athletes, parents, and coaches who can’t figure out what accounts for the athlete’s performance challenges.
In fact, most athletes have never been taught how to sprint, jump and land, or change directions properly, which is what sport requires. As a result, they can't move as fast or as well as they should.
Most likely, they’ve been trained by a coach with experience in just one sport—usually football—so they’re following the same program as athletes in a different sport.
But here’s the thing: sports training isn’t one-size-fits-all. Athletes should follow programs scaled to meet their unique skills, abilities and goals, and that means volleyball players need volleyball-specific training.
This is why I created Athlete Academy. I took everything I learned from the best in collegiate and professional strength and conditioning and simplified what these coaches are doing to create some of the best athletes in the world.

I created a unique training program, including my proprietary Athlete Performance Map, to focus your intention on what you need to do well to excel. I keep it simple, guiding you on the next step and aligning the best exercises to your abilities and goals.
Becoming your best is not only about technical and physical ability but also reflecting and growing internally, so I also help identify barriers that are limiting your success. These barriers may include sleep hygiene, nutrition, resilience, and coping, or other factors that could cause injuries or limit sporting success.
In essence, I help athletes achieve more, faster.
It makes me proud to see my athletes succeeding, and I take seriously my responsibility to effectively connect, inspire and guide each athlete to become better today so they can be their best tomorrow.
When you work with me, you get a Coach who's helped athletes get to where you want to go and a consultant to guide you every step of the way!
This is what’s possible when you work with me
I’ve privately trained many high school athletes, and here are a few examples of their outcomes:
